Thanks for the feedback, both more mechanics and the undo button were going to be in the final game but I simply ran out of time. I figured the levels are relatively short so I did not prioratize implementing an undo button, but yes I agree I would definitely like to have it as well. As for mechanics, I was gonna have at least one more, a glass block which acts as a wall but breaks the first time you crash into it, but again I ran out of time to add it.
