Amazing font pack! I've been getting good value out of this even outside of gamedev for things like music album covers and visualizers for my work. If you do anything at all cyberpunk or sci fi or gothic themed especially there are some absolutely stellar fonts in here!

Thank you so much!

Thank you!

Cool little tower defense game! Like I said to another dev with similar thing with their itch page,I think you are shooting yourself in the foot by not including an itch thumbnail, and maybe the name also sounds very placeholder. But the game is quite fun!

Genuinely a ton of fun. I really think you are shooting yourself a little with the title and lack of itch page thumbnail art, this is a really solid and fun little game.

Thank you for playing! I am glad you liked the idea!

Thank you! I am glad you like the animations and the music, they are some of my favorite things to work on!

Thank you! I might try and turn it into a commercial game in the future who knows! :)

I played for so long I either broke your XP gain system or hit max level, not sure which (at reaching level 17 which I think would be first level with 5 figure xp requirements). Super fun game, I hope you don't fix the trick shot bug, cause that is just stylish for one of these sorta games XD!

No idea if this is a good run but I loved this game haha. Massive skill trees are awesome.

Awesome fun lil game. Interesting balance between playing greed/economy focused and rushing miltary, I guess I could put my RTS experience to good use here lol.

Very fun little game and coherent presentation. My only grip was swapping between collecting coins and firing the cannon mid level, that coupled with the time and ammo pressure was tough. I imagine I made a mistake saving for the higher tier upgrades and not upgrading ammo bag because it felt very tough if I played it that way!

Slick cinematic intro. A question, if I stand near the end point does that affect where the caterpillars spawn? Later on it felt like they were all spawning almost on top of the end point, which doesn't feel super fun for a defense style game (like mobs in a tower defense spawning right at the end of the maze in front of the objective than the start). But very nice spin on the fortress mechanic!

Awesome puzzle game... tbh most confusing thing for me was the end screen of a level, I tried twice thinking the game was softlocked then only on the 3rd time realized the game had a tiny play/continue button hidden in the letters. I would worry that many people might think the game was broken at this point.

The puzzles were cool and the mechanic/spin was unique!

Nice defense game! Finished it first try!

Really cool lil project the music and audio were super atmospheric and the vibe was on point. My recommendation when making a jam game if you are gonna go the 3d route is to cut down on the world size a lot. Even with the faster movement you can guarantee a lot of people are going to get lost and/or quit if you have a vast world devoid of visual hints and clues, that sorta thing is why bigger budget games have huge environment art departments etc adding in subtle visual cues of "go this way or that etc" throughout the world can be incredibly time consuming and costly. Awesome little game though, well done.

Thank you so much, you are too kind! 💛

Yess thinking about it I should have reduced the grid to not include the outer ring of squares, thank you so much for playing! 😉

Thank you so much for giving it a try! 💛

Thank you so much for playing! Your game looks like a lot of fun too, glad we both managed to submit something! Good luck in the jam! And I am glad you liked the music I spent a lot of time on it, game audio is my main field before gamedev!

It's the closest one but it's designed to ensure the paths of the lasers don't overlap, so sometimes it will pick a different one to avert that scenario.

Thank you! :)

Thank you for playing, more enemy diversity was something I had hoped to add but ended up burned out in the end and just happy to submit. Cheers!

Thank you for playing!

Well done! 💛

Delightful little game. Cool spin on the limitation. Great entry as a first jam game! 💛

Cool little interpretation of snake inspired games. Am I dumb or is there no lose condition? That is what confused me the most when I played!

Thank you so much for playing! Glad you enjoyed!

Thank you I am so glad you enjoyed! Maybe I could make a versus mode at some point hmm!

Thank you so much and that's a funny initial thought XD 😂

Thank you for playing! 💛

Oh wow we meet again! Need to try your game for this one too! 💛

Brilliant game, amazing for a solo project and I love how you managed to get the smooth turning snakes and curved levels to look so good. My only gripe was same as CavoX5. Would have honestly been nice to have a skip turn button that if you double tapped zoomed snakes tho their correct new position. On the mission with the long and short snake for example I had to wait 5 turns for the big snake to get out of the way of the exit, and then on the many looping snakes level the turn time made me quit at that point. Sometimes a certain level of polish in turn based games (you had it done well) can bog down the player if it's unskippable, especially with longer turn times (where I only get to make one move but like 8 enemies have to make a move it adds up.).

Cool game idea and very unique premise. Interesting artstyle too.

I wish it were easier to target the snakes when they were behind the white walls between sections of the plane tho. It felt frustrating to accidentally move 3 different monkeys just failing to click on the tiny bit of exposed snake hidden behind the wall. Would have been nice to have move and attack snakes on a different button possibly for this reason or at least as an option. But great game, well done!

Very fun little game. Well done. Quite a unique spin on the theme and limitation!

Nice card game! Interesting way to make the concept of lengthening snakes work as cards (and the different types of snakes too).

Absolutely brilliant game. No way was I expecting something this cleverly designed in such a short period of time, I love your spin on "turn based" tho I can understand the comment from those who just hold the buttons down why it might not feel that way, it feels kinda like a tactical pause every move. I was 4th on leaderboard after my last run... wish I had time to implement a leaderboard in my game too! 💛

Thank you for playing... if you had one feature that would be your main wish for the game to have what would it be? 😉

But just for reference I made everything in the game within a much shorter period than the jam allowed for due to restarting the project a couple times, so some things were just impossible to scope with the time I ended up with!

Yess I tried hard to make the sfx play into that, spent the last few hours working on the game primarily on QOL stuff like that (and making things like the autorepeat not continue when switching snakes etc, small things that most people won't notice them being there but would miss them/be frustrated if they weren't there)! Thank you for playing!

Brilliant game, no idea if this is a decent score or not, but had lots of fun! 💛💛💛
