Hey, nice to meet you. I'm a programmer using Godot who's been working solo on a few games for a while now. Most of them are on itch, but I've also made some others that aren't on the platform (mostly remaking games and small test projects). I'm not the best, but I think I can program whatever comes to mind.

Recently, I've wanted to participate more in game jams and collaborate with others, so I decided to join a game jam with a theme that interests me, in this case, the #2 Anime Game Dev Jam. That's why I'm posting this, mainly looking for an artist who can help with an anime style.

While this project is primarily about collaborating with others in a relaxed way, I'm committed to doing my part to have something ready by the end of the jam.

Right now, it's just me (programmer, among other things, and whatever else is needed) and one other person who will handle the music. Therefore, I'm looking for someone to do the artwork, but if anyone else with a different skill set is interested in joining, please feel free to contact me as well.

This is intentional; with defense, you always receive at least 1 damage.

And no, the game isn't supposed to crash when you reach d3. I don't know what the reason for this could be, but it's never happened to me before. I'm sorry it did.

Yep, I'm looking for a team I can mostly have a good time with, people I can spend some chill time working on the jam with.

My native language is Spanish, in case that's a problem, but I'm fine with English, even though I don't usually speak it on a daily basis.

Definitely the worst thing you can grab is the Slippery; it makes the game much harder.

Keep up the hard work, truly one of the best projects I have encountered.

it's ok, especially the controls, fun but some platforms in the end zone feel like you have to jump on the point to get through, also when you get to the first platform in the end zone if you didn't get there just at the time it's going to activate, you have to wait so if you got there faster or slower it doesn't matter, you have to wait for the platform to activate, this would be fine if it weren't because you have to get to the checkpoint before the time runs out also the time limit feels too tight, again only in the end zone and it would feel better if the time would stop 1 second after it reaches zero and not at the exact moment it reaches zero but that's just how I've felt it in other games.
