Seals were a last minute addition, so they’re definitely a little overtuned haha. I can’t say I expected anyone to expand their hand size more than once, but it’s definitely something I should account for in an update. I know seals are completely absent from the game’s tutorial, but other than that, what topics do you think could be included there to help make the intended play experience more clear?

it’s a slow slow burn, but finally getting to the point where you can hone your deck into a weapon of destruction is incredible. I wish I got more luck for failed attacks, but waiting is a part of the game I suppose.
An arena shooter where destructive and helpful events occur based on chance is a great concept and a lot of fun. I did find the gun to be pretty useless most of the time and ended up just running away from the enemies hoping for a destructive event, but that might be part of the point.
The presentation is some of my favorite in the jam. The music and visuals are all top notch
this game was such a wild and strange experience. The presentation was really well done with all the bits of animation and all of the cinematics/cutscenes. I especially appreciated the increased walking speed when outside of buildings.

I did find text font to be a bit difficult to read, and the dialogue boxes did get cut off at times, but it wasn’t too bad.
The combat was fun, if a bit punishing. The testing your luck enemy action was interesting, I enjoyed the quick time event that asked you to remember which cards were which, though it did discourage me from using my more powerful cards, which, with them already having a higher luck cost than the others was already sort of the case with how important having luck is.
went to 25k after learning the ropes, it is safe to say that I am a gambling man. I enjoy this spin on blackjack, I cannot say the original game is particularly fun, but deckbuilder + game of pushing your luck is quite addicting
Behind the closet door door… I was truly not expecting the descent into madness. Also the combination of a waifu shelf and a racecar bed was pretty humorous. I found it a bit difficult to read the text at times, but no real complaints otherwise, a fun little rpg game. Big fan of the combo attacks that you could discover, I wish there were more of them!
