Woah! Double points for double theme: a hula hoop that is also stuck in the loop? How can you get loopier than that? Jokes aside, the actual concept of this game is really creative. You've taken the concept of a conventional one-level platformer and applied it to the theme in a very logical and unique way. Nice!
One aspect of the game I'd recommend working on is the art. While some assets have art, the actual level is just a gray blob. Art can seriously bring any game to life :D
I had a lot of fun playing and seeing how the level changed each time. Great job!! 😁

If you think about it its a loop(hula-hoop) inside a loop(one level three times) inside a loop(those three levels three times)
My art skills are just one of those game dev thing I really struggle with 😅.
