 I have sent two emails to support@itch.io 15 hours ago,  but did not receive a response.

Support can't answer that quickly, and it was the weekend. If it takes much longer, please read the rules of this category, they tell you what to do.

I would like to explain that I have already sent two emails to Itch.io Support (support@itch.io) about three days ago, however, I am sorry that I have not received any response until now.

I have read in some community posts that "Itch.io may only allow refunds within 7 days of purchase". I am not sure whether this is accurate, but I am quite concerned about the refund eligibility due to the relatively large amount I paid.

I hope you understand my concern and sincerely appreciate your assistance.

I would like to explain that it has now been 6 days since I first sent emails Itch Support  (support@itch.io) regarding my refund request. Yet, I have not received any response or update so far.

I'm not sure if there is a strict “7-day refund window” policy, but I’m concerned that I may miss the chance to receive a refund due to the delay.

Could you please let me know approximately when I can expect the refund to be processed?
