The concept is fun and very easy to understand. Had a good time planning my routes to optimize reward/danger. The reduced art style also matches the game very well.

I think the mechanics need some tweaks to make it a bit less frustrating, at the moment it feels unfair at times. My main issue is that enemies can spawn inside your train and spawning skulls fire the moment they show up. In these cases you just lose health without any possibility to avoid it. This could easily be addressed with a collision detection before spawning enemies and a timed delay for the shooting.

Thanks for the in depth feedback. This helps a lot. A few people already said that we need a counter for the cars that are still left to play...which really is needed. I also like you suggestion that the clarity is displayed as orbs that move over to the counter. Would make things easier to read. That's our biggest issue I think. The concept is quite tricky and we have to find better ways to visualize it.

On the illustration side it is also a thing that the smaller ones on the cards are not distinct enough. I understand that you don't like them altogether, but I am not sure if replacing them by colors/shapes would make it that much easier to understand, makes it even more abstract.

Time constraints are your biggest enemy when it comes to a game jam......but I think we learned a lot. Thanks for your long feedback.

The gameplay and especially the artwork are absolutely awesome. Enjoyed what I could experience a lot.....unfortunately I couldn't play it properly because of screen scaling issues. My laptop is not 16:9 , so the game scaled in a way that UI was cut off at the sides. I couldn't see my or the enemy's health :(

Had a lot of fun playing this one. Concept and execution are very well done. Simple but enjoyable mechanic. The dorky art style rocks as well!

Very well put together game. Concept, artstyle and atmosphere are great. For me personally it is just too hard. I didn't get very far because the bugs are overwhelming and kill you instantly....

Makes me remember old console days where you had to buttonmash like crazy.....but as soon as you gain some speed it plays very slick and it is fun to switch lanes on high speed. Outran the cops!

Very well put together game. The mechanics are satisfying and the minimalist artstyle does not only look cool, but makes it very readable. Only thing that's missing is a small "boss" at the end of each cycle and maybe a slightly faster progression at the start.

It is a fun and simple concept which makes it fun. I think it could benefit from slightly slower gameloop and seeds with different needs (different depth, likes/dislikes compost etc) ...soooo many seeds!

Gameplay loop is so simple that it can be quite addicting. Fun little concept.

Artwork and style are super slick. The hitboxes can be wonky sometimes but it is very fun to play.

Cute little game. The artstyle and music really go well together. Super nice visuals. Only thing I would change is making it possible to click trough the dialogues a bit faster.

Super cute art style! The audio as well helps to give this game a very unique and cool personality. I really like the the world and narrative, but the gameplay itself is a bit confusing for me. Hard to figure out what to do next before the time runs out

I think the basic idea and mechanics are fun....unfortunately I got stuck at the lava level and couldn't explore further what you had in mind. I think it has potential for some really intelligent puzzles.

I think how the game plays could be tweaked a bit to improve the experience. For example the button's hitbox seems a bit too small so that you sometimes stand on-op of them but don't trigger them....and their collision is a bit annoying. Would feel better if you could just run over them.

Thanks for the feedback. The points you made are absolutely valid. Our game is easy to play, but how the cards are related to each other is really complex, so you need some time to get into it. Better highlighting to show what's affected, changing capital lettering and also more distinct illustrations could help. I agree that the illustrations describe what's going on, but you have to look twice.....it would help to make them pop them more, for example have a different background for gain/grant etc. Better visual explaining is the aspect we have to work on most, but because of the time constraints we couldn't polish this aspect as much as we wanted.

Very cute game. Artwork really sells the basic concept. At the moment the different upgrades feel a bit unbalanced. Some are ultra powerful, others feel a bit useless....but it is a lot of fun. Could easily be turned into a full fledged game.

Very charming entry. Artwork and sound are especially cool....loved it when the wonky "lyrics" in the music started. Only thing that felt a little off is that there is this delay when you start drawing your circle. It is nothing major, just feels a bit off.

Fun little game! Has a very polished feel for a gamejam. Super clean art and presentation. Only thing that is missing are some animations for the little bug guy,  besides that it is executed perfectly.

Simple and fun concept to play. I think I had a bug where the black vans told me they needed to go to the market, but that resulted in -1. Seems they had to be directed to the police.

Artstyle and the idea are super charming. I like the concept, but was a bit overwhelmed that it used keys all over the keyboard. I think a more focused control scheme would benefit the game.....or maybe I am just too stupid to use the whole keyboard while playing.

It is a lot of fun to play. Fun concept, nice execution. Looks very polished!

Absolutely awesome...this game really is close to perfect in every aspect. Gameplay, visuals, audio are all top notch!

It is cute and enjoyable to play. I like the wonky designs. Audio works great together with he gameplay, would be cool to have some additional rhythm-based mechanics to emphasize it even more. The player sprite can get out of the screen to the left, it would also help to fix that.

I really like the concept. I think it has the potential to really be a fun game.  Reminds me a lot of the Zachtronic games. Sad that it is unfinished and you can't explore multiple setups.

Nicely executed concept and good amount of levels. It's fun to play.

Really had fun with this one. The game mechanics work well, makes you wish there would be a few more levels. The only thing that needs some tweaks is the jump. It feels very fast and abrupt, often results in doing the jump too often until you land it right.

Haha, absolutely up my alley. It is just such a strange little game. It is not easy to create something that feely really twisted.

Haha, had a lot of fun with this one. Concept is great and I think is the first game where I also thought the music was really awesome.

Only thing that I didn't like was the jump mechanic. "Spinning" doesn't work well , but maybe that's just me.

Just gave it a shot and had a fun time with it. The concept of building a castle is cool and I think in the case the retro art style fits well. Castlevania vibes :)

Tiny 5 minute experience, but everything is done to perfection. Graphics, sound, creative execution.....simply amazing.

Most fun game of this jam I played so far. I think the mechanics have great potential. Unfortunately I got stuck on the third planet...

It is a bit confusing at first, but I love the simplicity of the gameplay loop. Gets super hard fast.

Had a fun time playing it. Easy to understand and well designed concept.
