Are we supposed to be finding fuses as well as popcorn or just gathering the popcorn bins as fast as possible?

Developer(+1)

Yes, only popcorn boxes. I didn't think that part would be confusing, but after you mentioned it, i noticed the grammar issue. Thanks for  feedback! And sorry for the late reply.

You're welcome. Thanks for confirming.

overall I think its a great game on how to learn how to speedrun games

in the description it sounds like I should be able to recharge my battery but i have no idea how

also it would be nice if there was sound too

The concept is great. It’s relaxing and easy to play. With a few extra challenges, it would be even more enjoyable. Well done!

My first Goedware Jam i made a 3d game about a cleaning bot too ! I like the idea but i was unable to recharge my bot. To restart i had to refresh page everytime maybe an issue on the menu of end game. Cool entry !

Developer

Sorry for the bugs, I will try to keep an eye for that. I saw that, and rated your game! I was sadly a bit tired to actually write a comment about your game, but it was fun. Thanks for the feedback!

Cute game! Nice small scope. And major props for making all the assets! That's no small feat.

I never figured out where to get more charge? Maybe I was just missing something but it looked there just isn't anything to do that. The one other issue is that I wasn't able to actually press the "try again" or "quit" buttons at the end.

Some small improvements might be a crosshair or some other reticule in the center of the player view, make sure there are recharges available (or if they're already there, make them more obvious), and maybe some kind of warning when charge is getting low.

One thing I would beg you not to change is the vertical velocity boost when going up steps or from one seat to another. I don't think it was meant to work that way but that "feature" was a TON of fun. I kept trying to abuse that to see if I could get up and down the theater fast enough to get all 10 in one charge. Never managed to do it but it was so much fun to try.

Developer

The "Vertical velocity boost" that you mentioned was not actually intended. But when I was playtesting and found out about it. I thought the same lol. I'm happy that you liked that! Thanks for the feedback, and for playing!

Small and simple game. On theme and nice concept (we loove robots), tho it was unclear how to recharge so I couldnt actually finish the game :[

Proud of you for not using AI on your Game, keep it up! Game looks nice visually and most of the stuff works so it'd say it definitely paid off :b

Developer

Thanks! My bad for not giving proper instructions for the recharge. I will try to keep my attention to that next time. And will keep my good habit of not using AI for my future projects. Thanks for playing!

An interesting game, the movement is weird but i love it, while not jumping but by being on top of the seat and position nicely it really felt like floating, really fun! albeit i don't know how to recharge part but after multiple tries i can finished the game by speedrunning LOL. A good entry nonetheless :D

Developer

I was actually thinking about "nerfing" the movement so you can't go top of the seats, But i thought that it could be a "fun" expect of the game, so  i left it in.  And for the fuse part, sorry. i forgot to mention that you have to actually pull out the fuse with the "2" key. Thanks for your feedback!

Neat game!
I had some issues with the screen resolution cutting off some of the UI, and I couldnt work out how to recharge the battery. I would recommend giving the player some prompts when they can interact with something to provide feedback / instruction.

I like the concept and I can imagine its quite fun working out the optimal route :)

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I did not know about the Hud cutting off, i will look into it. Oh, i completly forgot to add instructions about how to actually use the fuse, sorry. Thanks for your feedback!

I like the animations for doors opening and the player movement felt nice!

However. I had some issues with the restart screen, so I had to refresh the page every time. For improvement, I would suggest maybe showing the player holding the popcorn when they pick it up.

Developer

Sorry for the restart screen, I noticed that after I built the game. And about the popcorn holding part, I was actually thinking about it, but I couldn't decide if it would be good or not. Thanks for the Feedback!
