I really liked the atmosphere of the game and the mechanic and story is really unique, great job! I did wish the light around the player was a little larger, or maybe show the level lit up for a second after respawning, as I would forget how the level was spaced out and it made it harder than it needed to be. But I thought the levels were well designed, not too difficult but made you think for a minute. Story is also pretty funny. When the fish dodged the fisherman but couldn't resist a worm, I felt that. Must be scary being a little fish in the ocean. Awesome job!
Enjoyed this one! The looping is fun but pretty hard to master, and the powerups you can pick up around the level were a nice touch. I wasn't a huge fan of the sliding movement, I think it would play a lot nicer with a tighter character controller, especially in a game like this where precise movement like looping around an enemy is key. But the art was very pretty and sounds were quite good as well. Great job!
I really liked the controls and the camera controller, it seemed quite polished and nice to move around the arena. The rewind was an interesting mechanic but didn't really seem that useful, nicely implemented though. Few things I would change are holding down the button to shoot and some goal for the player, like a count of enemies in the current stage or something like that. Good job!
Fun game with a great story and narration :D 18 mins to complete, I do think it's a little on the longer side for a game jam game, but it was quite satisfying getting to the later levels and speedrunning through them faster than the narrator could finish the lines, so I had two lines going at once haha. The game was adorable with a nice song and lovely artstyle. I do think however the rate at which you 'evolve' could have been increased, as that is the main thing that dragged the game down for me. Great job!

I really like how you can try to keep your speed but it makes steering harder, or take it slow but steady. I had a lot of fun playing :D The addition of enemies on the race track is quite interesting. I did find the steering with the mouse btn a bit weird and difficult, but maybe I was doing it wrong. It was also sometimes not too apparent where I need to go, some more visual cues pointing you in the right direction would be very helpful. Good job on the submission!
Super fun, I am surprised you managed to make all this in the time! The buttons were a little strange and took me a small while to figure out what to click haha. I was also unsure what tempering actually was. The game seems polished and well balanced, and the additional bonus effects on runes are awesome. Very good game you made here!
Loved this one! I had a lot of fun, starts off easy and ramps up fast, quite challenging in the later stages. The shop keeper and the dialogue is awesome stuff as well. Surprised you got so much done in the time, well done! Inspired by Shotgun King I presume? But has its own identity. Took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out you can move into pieces to kill them too haha.
This was a lot of fun! The way of choosing your rooms is quite interesting, was a little confused at first so maybe it could be explained some more, but I got the hang of how it worked after. I liked how you introduced new enemies in the later stages. It is a little too easy I reckon, but that's good for game jams anyway. Art is fantastic as well! Awesome job :D
The graphics and intro are very very nice :D I like the unlocking of controls as you play, almost like a metroidvania, and done creatively! It would have definitely been nice for some visual cue you unlocked a double jump, which left me confused for a while. But the black hole effect was an awesome and clever way of doing a timed challenge, like that a lot! Congrats on the game!
Creative idea for sure! It was fun, but frustrating sometimes when it spawned you right next to a past bullet. I think a better system would be if it spawned you at the same position as you ended the previous round, so that you could have an idea for where you start the next one and can even try to remember the previous positions of past rounds. But good job nonetheless!
Thanks a bunch! You know it, there was so much to do before I could start making the mods themselves I only made a few. The code is horrible tbh, but still happy I got it to work and could try out how my idea would work! I had way more mods I wanted to add so I'll keep playing around with it and see where it goes, thanks for your feedback!
