Ok, I tried it now, It was nice.
The game is polished with cool gameplay, took me a while to understand I was actually playing it though, I thought I was swapping tutorial cards at first xD. All the settings and content you have is really impressive for a jam game.

I'm REALLY not a fan of AI generated assets, but you did a great job at making all of it match together.

The only complaint I have regarding graphics is that the game is hard to read because of the dithering shader.

Cool game overall :)

The concept seems fun but either the arcade and the TV don't work or I didn't understand how to use them xD

Very cute little game.

Got 4 endings, the characters are well writen, the game is intuitive and the little gameplay additions are nice.

The graphics are cool, good old Rpg Maker style, I'm really not a fan of AI generated graphics, but I know it's because you couldn't find an artist so it's okay :)

The musics are awesome! Congrats to you and Zoralune!

Please guys remove linear filtering it makes your sprites awful :(

Great game!

Did I just spend 30 minutes of my life playing a puzzle?

It was fun x)

Graphics, music, gameplay, polish, theme, everything is so well done.

I loved all the enigmas, they were fun! It's basically our game but better xD

Keep up the good work! That game was awesome.

The game doesn't boot, on windows yes

wtf

Game doesn't work for me

I didn't really understand how it works but I won lol.

Cool graphics and music :)

I really don't think the game matches the theme though.

Funny game haha.
Had some fun finding the weirdest combinations I could make.

Cool music, a shame it doesn't loop.

I don't think that game matches the theme xD

Simple graphics, cool music, and clever gameplay idea :)

I think your game will benefit from addind grid snapping to the blocks so you don't end up in situations where you can't place a block because it's like one millimeter too close xD

I really liked your game! Good job!

I'm an unemployment master.

The one room theme interpretation is nice, the ambience is really well made.

I laughed a lot when I saw Dick being chased btw, It's a very funny game overall xD.

I am fish, and I approve this game.

Such a clever idea! Surely one of the most innovative game i've played so far.

The wall pushing mechanic is cool, but it was a bit frustrating falling for holes i couldn't see coming (I know the tapes are here for that but I didn't really understand how it was supposed to warn xD). Being able to run or would be great too (It felt long sometimes).

Simple but good visuals :)

A shame the game lacks sound though.

Cool platforming game!

The difficulty is well balanced and the player felt good to use.

Only complaint I have is that the game had no music, I don't know if this is a bug since there's an option to toggle in the pause menu but I only had sound effects.

360 seconds and 10 deaths, not bad x)

I understood how to complete the game while I was looking for clues in the comments x)

I saw that green light in the top right corner of my screen right as the timer reached zero while still being in the start room and was like "Oh something happens when you don't move, that's cool!".

I agree with the others that the puzzle design isn't intuitive, but that last section gave me some OuterWilds vibe and I reallly liked it.

Visuals and Audio are great, too bad that most of the time you die right after the music drop :)

Still very impressed by what the game had to offer, good job!

Wow, what an amazing game.

Gameplay feels so good and so juicyyy I love it. The game is challenging but not too punitive.

Graphics and audio are great. Using stereo to tell the player where the enemy is is such a clever idea!

And the intro/cutscenes add so much you really nailed storytelling.

10/10 game for me.

(I also found the green heart easter egg, it made me so powerful I destroyed the last heart with it xD)

I think I'll actually never lost so I'll end it here x)

It took me a while to understand how the game works, but once I was set, the gameplay was really enjoyable.
It's a shame the game has no sound and no juicy elements, it could add so much.

I also noticed you had a few issues working with anchors since the UI is completely broken xD

Adding outlines to the texts would have been very helpful as well, it's hard to read.

The art is nice but I think a way to see the grid you're placing the tiles on  would be a great addition.

Nice game overall.

30 seconds, nice.

  • Gameplay :
  • Cool player controller, I think adding coyote time and variable height jumps could create a more rewarding and speedrun friendly experience.
  • Having another camera showing the room changing is a good idea (maybe try smoothing the transitions ?).
  • I think you should avoid moving platforms in game like these unless you have another way to get through, they can completely break the flow if you arrive too early/late.

Visuals :

  • Cool Portal vibe
  • Simple but does the job
  • Add some glow! it would look lovely with the lava

Audio :

  • Well there's almost no sounds, but at least the footsteps sounds good

Oh and you can cheat the last section by pressing the red button through the glass (I tried as a joke and it actually worked ? xD).

Thank you :)

OH so it really was you! I knew i recognized that profile picture x)

thank you very much for your support! I’m not going to stop there, that’s for sure :)

Congratulations, this is a really great game!

The game mechanics are really well introduced, the game is pretty, the music you chose fits perfectly the mood, and OH MY is the level design well made and creative.

The only issue I've encountered is that the UI breaks when going fullscreen mode, but like who cares lol.

Easy top 3 for me :)

Clean and responsive UI, the game is easy to pick up and understand (be careful about not giving too much information through text though).

Having a save and load system is also neat, since you're aiming for a casual type of game to play from time to time.

What the game lacks most is pacing, as I spent more time waiting than actually playing. maybe you could add a button to speed up the game to overcome that (like a 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x game speed).

Also cool music, love the guitar.

I agree, i added a simple fast forward system for the reward screen, but i think not many people noticed it was there.

OH NO I'VE BEEN DETHRONED!!

Congratulations for taking the first spot!

Seriously though, thanks for your nice comment!

Fun fact : the spike enemy was initially slower, but my sister told me to increase it's speed after playtesting, so it's kinda her fault x)

I would have love to add some kind of upgrades or power-ups.

I didn't really have time to though x)

Ahahaha thank you :)
I really didn't expect to be in the top 20 games that's for sure!

Thanks for your great feedback !
and wow you actually noticed the screen moving with the mouse x)

Thanks! I really went with a very small scope and gameplay loop to do as much polish and useless details as i could

Hey !
Didn't see your comment there.
Thank you for your kind words! hope you made it to a good place in the leaderboard x)

What a neat wario ware game x)

Loved it.

Fun little game, the graphics are absolutely amazing.

I think the game lacks some sounds and clarity during battles (colored text or icons for duck turn UI for example), otherwise, i think it's great.

First Yay !

Great visual feedback and gameplay loop. The game is really fun to play.

The graphics and sound effects are great as well.

Loved the combat, although it is quite complicated to fight vertically sometimes.

I have nothing more to say than thank you :)

Yeah so uh I kind of hum.. forgot to write that the game was over at the end lol.

Thank you for your feedback and describing your experience !

Fortunately, Stealthix's comment was there then x)

I would have loved to compose a soundtrack for this game, but i didn't have enough time apart from the small introductory music
