great game! I managed to get over 100x balls. I dont find it too hard, but I got stuck with a single ball hitting a single block with way too much health for me to wait for it to break 😅

thank you for playing and reviewing GoedWare! I received a lot of constructive comments and Im considering everything to make this game a lot more user friendly

yeah Im considering a way of preserving the resources if you hit the cauldron at the right time. The rock theme was also criticized before, and I completely agree 😅 thank you for your comment!

thank you so much for your kind and constructive review! It's always a surprise to find a fellow game maker user XD and you're BR too right? Ive been considering a lot of different ways of finding new items without the need of using the cauldron, like your idea of fishing. I do want to update it soon to get more constructive reviews like yours

thank you! I'll try to keep updating it

(1 edit)

I couldnt play it very well as the screen was black most of the time, even with my flashlight on and plenty of battery. Not sure if this was a bug, but there was nothing I could do

This game required my multi-job part of the brain which isnt that good XD managed to get to the end by a pinch tho. Great game, good difficulty, nice visuals, some more SFX would feel nicer

I had a lot on fun on this one. The mechanics may be simple, but they are polished and feel smooth. The enemy dashes got me unprepared, but I managed it on a second try. Would be nice to have been able to throw more stuff like the walls

its a nice arena game! It has the crunchiness when hitting enemies, which feels amazing! I still had a really hard time using stuff from the ground as no matter where I clicked, I had like a 1% chance of activating them, which was a bit frustrating since this is the theme mechanic. Good game tho!

cute game! It is a complete game with story and gameplay and all. Great job!

very unique indeed. Knowing there were different dialogs got me resetting a few times. Still havent seen everything as the dialog is very slow and it's the only thing happening. Maybe clicking could fill the message instantly like some other games

despite you doing it all by yourself, this game has its charm. Graphics are simple but solid, the game mechanics works as intended and we got a few levels to play. It's a very good entry for the jam. Nicely done!

please keep updating it! It was already much fun to play and I was expecting to get new resources along the gameplay. Great game overall!

the arms mechanics are amazing! Very creative and feel smooth to use. The game could have more content and some more SFX too, but it has a very solid idea already. Great job!

why the creature has a d***?

still very basic and with no clear objective but its a good start for a great text based apocalyptic game! Keep updating it ^^

such a cool game!! The kirby 64 vibes are very strong here, and I love it! The graphics, mechanics, combos, music and SFX, everything is amazing! The only thing I struggled with was the platform after picking up the star. I died like 10x on that jump due to a weird angle and no visible Z indication like a shadow on the ground or something like that

I enjoyed this game way more than I expected at first. It doesnt get stuck on having to get to huge numbers or anything like that. I spent time crafting the same resources enough to not be boring and yet progress slowly but satisfyingly. To me the only downside was waiting for the resources to be moved from the chest to the cauldron, but still not a big deal. Great job on the game!

too many enemies for me to be able to think about the puzzle part of the levels :\ they keep killing me and resetting my position

very creative take on the "vampire survivors" genre. There's a good variety of enemies and projectiles, and the progression is ok. Art and sound could use some more polish, but still not a big deal. The game is very fun and replayable. Good job!

great game! The mechanics are very well implemented and the puzzles hard enough for being rewarding. Loved it!

first game I played in this jam that uses the UI as the main resource for solving puzzles! Great game, great art, very creative!

its a fun game, the mechanics are smooth and fun. The sound could use some rework, and there's no end (since too many hourglasses spawn for us, giving infinite time), but its a good base game

what is going on
I move and instantly die

great game! I enjoyed it a lot, the theme fits very well, and it has a lot of content for a jam game! I had an issue where restarting after dying froze my game, but aside from that, just some more polish and this can be a sellable game

most of the hints where explained by the demon. Maybe add that as another hint that shows after dying a few times

nice visuals, audio, items, puzzles and overall gameplay! I did struggle a bit with controls (both movement not letting me go diagonally and also confusing right and left clicks), also I couldnt get past the forked level with 3 vampires guarding both ways (couldnt get past them as I only had 1 holy potion to use against 3 vampires) but great game nonetheless!

Thanks for the comment! Having a way of getting unstuck is still a plan, but I didnt manage to put it into the jam version. Also the idea of the grass and some other resources is to make them self sustainable, so you have some kind of checkpoint on recipes

Im not sure if the final boss is killable, but still the rest of the game is so much fun! Combining weird stuff to create weapons was an amazing idea!

cant wait for an update!

I think so, I dont remember 😅

took me a while to understand what was happening. Unfortunately there's not much to do aside from spawning workers, waiting and moving to the next circle (moving rocks closer doesnt work as the crabs still move to the same spot) :/ Nice graphics and crabs tho, would love to see what you had in store if not restricted by the jam deadline

it's satisfying to find an entry that fits the theme so well! And not just the theme, but everything about this game is on point! Finding the best items, usable items, finding the secret selling point... great job!!

great game! After I got the hang of using the different weapons/system on the right resources, doing it correctly felt a lot more rewarding. The angle was a bit hard tho, maybe being able to move the ship horizontally would be a nice help. Still one if the best entries I played so far. Nice job!

very cute and fun! At first I thought the easter egg was the different face pics when we clicked on them XD only con about the game is the world map movement. Not a big deal, just a small thing. Great job anyways!

interesting game! Combining all kinds of stuff to make potions was a fun idea, and I enjoyed playing it. With some more polish and puzzles this can be a paid game. Well done!

the objective wasnt very clear at the start, but I got the hang of it. The game is fun, visuals and audio are good, but it could use some more different shape mechanics. Maybe all shapes could have a negative and a positive effect. Still a solid entry, nice job!

did you manage to go past the intro?

thanks! Glad you liked it!

thanks for the comment kkcn! I wanted to add a journal but didnt have time. The bug was also on my todo list, but after it's reception, it'll definitely turn into a game mechanic hahaha
